Isha Kriya: Guided Meditation

Join us for another session learning Isha Kriya!

Isha Kriya is a gentle, guided mediation which is practiced while seated in a chair. This makes Isha Kriya an approachable practice for every body type. Following along with this guided meditation makes it easy for you to calm the mind and to settle the body so that you can experience benefits from your practice.

The session is facilitated by a trained Isha Kriya instructor. No previous experience is necessary. All those who claim that they “can’t meditate!” are especially welcome!
