    Kanopy is an on-demand video streaming service that offers over 30,000 critically acclaimed educational films, including award-winning documentaries, training films, and theatrical releases. The selection ranges from new popular titles, classics, world cinema, art and indie as well as top-rated documentaries. Watch up to 4 films per month on your tablet, phone, or compatible TV.     Learning that fits your life! Learn from award-winning experts and professors from the most respected institutions in the world without the homework, tests, or pressure. Learn at your own pace with no schedule, while exercising, commuting, or just relaxing. North Vancouver District residents receive one The Great Courses credit every month.   • New York Times
    North Vancouver District residents can now enjoy access to current and past articles from the New York Times newspaper, including the US, Canadian, and International editions. Currently only available while at the library.  Learn more!

  • Kanopy Kids
    Introducing Kanopy Kids! The Kanopy Kids area features unlimited access to streaming kids' movies, TV shows, and animated picture books for children ages 2 and up. There is also great math, science and language learning content. BONUS: unlimited streaming. Videos watched in Kanopy Kids do not count against your 4 free plays in Kanopy.   • TumbleBooks
    TumbleBooks are animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading online from your desktop or mobile device. They are created by taking existing picture books, adding animation, sounds, music and narration to produce an electronic picture book (and some classics) which you can read, or have read to you.     TumbleMath is a comprehensive collection of math eBooks designed for students. The eBooks combine animation, narration and sound to create stories and teach math concepts.     Print books, meet audiobooks! Vox Books and Wonderbooks are audio enabled picture books for younger children. They look like picture books but they have an embedded digital audio player that reads the story to you, transforming your reading experience.
