Be Part of the Climate Solution

5-part series of action-based workshops

Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm-8:30pm: June 30, July 7, July 14, July 21, July 28

Scientists agree that we need to address climate change effectively in the next decade to avoid the most catastrophic effects of global climate stress. The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) states that we must reduce our level of greenhouse gas emissions by 50 percent by the year 2030. Is this even possible? How can we do what must be done? This five part workshop series will focus on turning things around in this decade, creating a beautiful future for all of us if we make some lifestyle changes and support forward-thinking policies.

All participants will explore answers to these important questions. Being a part of the solution is such joyous and meaningful work. Expect to meet with people who are curiousand caring, who roll up their sleeves to get going, and who choose new habits and projects that contribute to the healing of our one precious planet.
