The wisdom of having a personal plan is often overlooked.

The Seniors’ Health and Wellness Institute reviews three key legal documents you can use (Representation Agreements, Power of Attorney and Advance Directives) to express your wishes regarding personal care, certain financial matters and end of life care if you are no longer able to speak for yourself. They will also discuss the concept of advance care planning and the importance of having a Will.

Have you ever thought about sharing the memories, stories, and experiences of your life through a memoir?

Join local Wayne Smith for a monthly program to exchange storytelling tips and inspiration from fellow aspiring memoirists.  You can write to memoir prompts, share stories with others or just listen.  January’s session will focus on 10 minute ’read and write’ sessions, and using blogging apps for memoir.  Wayne will demo a couple of his favourites.
