Join us for an interactive, musical puppet show about our little neighbours-Pacific Herring!
Become the "herring school" and go on a journey out to sea, then play "musical fish" to learn about the importance of Pacific Herring in the ocean food web. Participants will learn about the importance of Provincial Marine Parks and Protected Areas for Sponge Glass Reef protection, wildlife habitat and conservation.

Most suitable for children age 5- 7 years or K-Gr.2. Younger and older siblings welcome. Sponsored by the Elders Council for Parks in BC, with educational material donated by Nature Kids BC and music by the North Shore Celtic Ensemble.
