Book Club: "Moon of the Crusted Snow" by Waubgeshig Rice

Do you love to talk about what you’re reading? Join a book club to share your thoughts and hear what others have to say about books that spark discussion, curiosity, and debate!

Join the discussion as we go over Waubgeshig Rice’s Moon of the Crusted Snow.

With winter looming, a small northern Anishinaabe community goes dark. Cut off, people struggle to battle confusion, panic, and hunger, along with some disruptive outsiders arriving to the community. Fast-paced and without a word out of place, this story shows us how a community can reach to its past to overcome catastrophe.

Read the book by the meeting date and register to receive a Zoom link and take part in our virtual book club!
