DocuTalks: Reversing the Body Clock

Join us as we watch a short documentary and then connect via Zoom to discuss it! We will be watching documentaries that touch on social, cultural, political, and global issues. Then, we’ll have an open discussion and exchange of ideas over the film’s topic.

Reversing the Body Clock
Thursday, January 14 | 2:00pm-4:00pm

Because of our lifestyles, many of us are aging faster than we should be. Scientists now know that we have two ages — our birth age and our real body age — a reflection of how we’re aging on the inside. In Reversing Your Body Clock, three volunteers discover if they are aging badly and what can be done to stop it.  Over the course of three months, the volunteers are put through a variety of tests and placed on a lifestyle plan to turn back the clock on aging. But will it work?

This meeting will be held on Zoom. You can watch the film with the group at 2:00pm, or watch on your own and join us at 3:00pm for a great discussion!

What you’ll need to attend: a computer with microphone (or headphones) and webcam, or your smartphone/tablet.
