Health + Wellness Month: Reducing Pain through Exercise at Your Desk

Join us for a Health + Wellness month program! 

Movement plays a crucial role in preventing and easing musculoskeletal pain associated with poor posture, prolonged sitting and computer work. Come learn a quick and easy exercise program that can be done in the office with Janelle Eisler Carr. The program will combine Gentle Somatic Yoga, Pilates and strengthening exercises. There will be an interactive component for those who would like to participate.
