Mere Mortals: What if? Preparing for the Unexpected

Statistics verify that the uptake to actually complete Advance Care Planning in North America remains dismal despite many attempts to educate the public; there is the perception that it is an overwhelming task.

Join Advance Care Planning specialist Helen Aqua to learn some easy-to-do tasks to prepare for the eventuality of a sudden personal emergency - an illness or accident - that leaves a person unable to speak for themselves.  Helen will also present highlights from Dr. Daren Heyland’s Plan Well Guide. This workshop is relevant to adults of all ages from 19-90.
