Thank you for your interest in this program. Please note it is currently full. Register to be put on the waitlist in the event that space becomes available.
Podcasting has become popular, but can everyone really do it? The answer is yes, and that includes you!
A podcast gives you the freedom to talk about whatever you want, or focus on a single topic. Whether you want to do comedy, news, or create a diary of your life, podcasting is for everyone!
Join podcaster Israel Lobo in a 5-week course in which you will learn the basics of podcasting and how to create your own podcast for the world to enjoy.
Bio: Israel Lobo was born and raised in Mexico City and moved to the North Shore in 2018 to pursue a bachelor’s degree in communications from Capilano University. Israel started working with media in 2017 when he had the opportunity to be a cameraman and narrator for two multimedia platforms in Mexico. He eventually moved into podcasting when the COVID-19 pandemic started.
Israel Lobo has a podcast alongside his longtime friends called “Cronicas Lindavas,” which has listeners from the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and Europe. Their episodes average 300 listeners per episode and talk about their friendship memories and the current world situation.
