Celebrate Poetry Month with two local poets!
Award-winning poets Susan Alexander and Rhona McAdam weave themes of spirituality, environment, food and family into powerful readings that will move, delight and inspire you.
Rhona McAdam’s most recent poetry collection is Larder (Caitlin Press, 2022) which draws heavily on her food studies at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy, and her long involvement in food security and organic farming.
Susan Alexander is the author of two collections of poems and her work has received multiple awards, most recently the Vancouver Poet Laureate’s City Poems Contest.
Books will be available for purchase and range from $10-20. Cash, cheques, and e-transfers accepted.
