Barb Lawrie was appointed to the board of Trustees in 2020. She has lived in North Vancouver for the past 20 years.

Barb is a registered nurse by profession with a career that has taken her across a spectrum of clinical and administrative roles. Barb was the Vice President of Professional Practice and Chief Clinical Information Officer at Vancouver Coastal Health from 2015-2020. Over the last three years she has built a health consulting company, Barb Lawrie Consulting Ltd. Barb brings many leadership strengths to her role on the board. She is well known for her ability to work through complex issues in an effort to effect sensible change.
