Deb was appointed to the board of Trustees in 2025. She brings extensive experience that spans over 40 years overseeing and leading teams in Healthcare Human Resources including Recruitment, Labour Relations, Records, Benefits and Staff Scheduling. She volunteered for the Family Services of the North Shore and a past board member of the Registered Nurses Foundation of BC.

Born in Vancouver, Deb grew up and raised her family on the North Shore where she continues to live.

Deb is a passionate advocate of the Library as a vital community service and valued connector for our diverse population. In her personal time, Deb enjoys travelling, walking, snowshoeing, gardening, spending time with her grandchildren and continuous learning.
