Lynn Valley Library
Located at the corner of Lynn Valley Road and Mountain Highway, the Lynn Valley Library is the main hub of our library system. Built in 2007, our Lynn Valley Library combines visual appeal with environmentally-friendly features and accessible technology.
The children's area on the first floor is full of light with cozy window seating, study spaces, and a great selection of children's materials. On the second floor, you'll find a dedicated teen area, the StoryLab digital creativity studio, and spaces for reading, quiet study and group study.
Enjoy a fantastic selection of books, music, movies and much more, and offer programs and events for all ages.
As a LEED® certified construction, the Library is a leading-edge green building that sets a standard for civic buildings on the North Shore.

Underground parking (access at Mountain Highway and Ross Road) is free for the first 3 hours.
Transit
Plan your trip to the Library with Translink. The Library and Lynn Valley Village are accessible by bus routes 209, 210, 227, 228, 229, 240, & N24.
Cycling
The library is located near cycling routes and bike racks are available outside at Lynn Valley Village. Bike repair stations are also available. Plan your bike route using the North Shore Cycling Map.
The entrance is located on the ground floor of the Library with street-level access and automatic doors. There is underground designated accessible parking with elevator access to the Library's entrance and the 3rd floor Administration Office. Interior elevator available for access to 2nd floor collections. Accessible washrooms are also available.
