Board games are now available to borrow from NVDPL for 21 days! Looking for a specific game? Search "Board Games" in our catalogue, then click "Edition information" to view the list. Click "Place Hold" to select a specific title. Ask staff if you would like assistance.

Caring Community Kits

Take home a Caring Community Kit to start learning, sharing & building understanding! 

 

From books to puppets to games and more, each kit is filled with resources on topics that promote community building, strengthen resilience, and increase understanding.

Caring Community Kits are now available in French!

First Language Storytime Kits

Share beloved stories with the young people in your life while improving literacy in a variety of languages with First Language Storytime Kits!

 

Each kit contains a selection of books, songs, and rhymes which can be accompanied by the included toys or puppets for an interactive storytime experience in your home language. Currently available languages include: Chinese, Korean, Persian, Tagalog, Spanish, and French.

This project has been made possible thanks to funding by Decoda Literacy Solutions and is presented in partnership with the North Vancouver City Library.

LEGO & DUPLO Kits

Build, play, and explore at home with LEGO and DUPLO kits!

 

LEGO kits are best for ages 4 and up, while DUPLO is suitable starting from 18 months old. Borrow a kit for 21 days and let your imagination run wild.
