With a capacity of up to 25 people, this bright room is ideal for smaller meetings and presentations.

  • Equipped with 24 chairs, 2 x 6ft tables, a sink, and access to public wifi. 

  • Set-up ($25) and takedown ($25) of this space is available Monday-Friday only. Technology support is not available. 

  • 3 hours of free parking is available underground (pay for 1 additional hour; 4 hours/day maximum).

Capilano Meeting Room

Located in the heart of Edgemont Village, the Capilano Library offers the Capilano Meeting Room, with a capacity of up to 60 people.

  • Equipped with 60 chairs, 13 x 6ft tables, podium, microwave, sink, and access to public wifi.

  • Projector screen and digital projector available for $25 (HDMI cable only/not compatible with MACs; cable not provided).

  • Set-up ($25) and takedown ($25) of this space is available Monday-Friday only. Technology support is not available.

  • Free underground parking is available.

Parkgate Enid Dearing Room

A bare neutral coloured room with lots of light. The room has lighting in a recessed ceiling and short windows that are high up on one wall. There is a projector screen and a wall with a whiteboard and blackboard.

The beautiful Parkgate Library is located near Deep Cove. The Enid Dearing Room can accommodate up to 25 people for your meeting or event. 

Features

  • Equipped with 25 chairs, 7 tables (4 x 6ft, 2 x 5ft & 1 x small/narrow for A/V), sink, flip chart, 3ft x 2ft whiteboard (wall-mounted), and a private washroom.

  • Projector screen and digital projector available for $25 (HDMI cable only/not compatible with MACs; cable not provided).

  • Microphone is available for an additional $10

  • Set-up ($25) and takedown ($25) of this space is available Monday-Friday only. Technology support is not available.

  • Free parking is available around the library.

Booking a Meeting Room

Meeting Rooms at North Vancouver District Public Library are booked centrally by the North Vancouver Recreation Commission. To request a room or inquire about room availability, please complete the online booking request form and indicate which library space you are interested in booking in the space for "Requested Facility".
