Book Discussion: "21 Things You May Not Know About the Indian Act"

Thank you for your interest in attending this event with Bob Joseph. This event is now full.

Join us for an important North-Shore wide community conversation as we discuss 21 Things You May Not Know About the Indian Act: Helping Canadians Make Reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples a Reality, by Bob Joseph.

Based on a viral article, “21 Things You May Not Know About the Indian Act” is the essential guide to understanding the legal document and its repercussions on generations of Indigenous Peoples, written by a leading cultural sensitivity trainer.

This discussion will deepen our collective learning following the November 17 event, An Evening with Bob Joseph. NVDPL has 12 copies of the book. Place a hold through the online catalogue or look for a Speed Read copy at your local branch!
