Online Payments

January 3, 2024: the online payment system is not currently working. We are working to fix this situation and apologize for any inconvenience. Please visit your local NVDPL to pay outstanding fines during this time.

North Vancouver District Public Library makes it possible to pay online at any time, from anywhere. All you need is your library card and PIN, and a valid Visa or MasterCard credit card.

How Online Payments Work

1. Click here to pay online.

2. Enter your library card number and PIN to see a summary of the charges. Choose what you pay. All charges will be selected by default. If you wish to pay an amount different from what is in the box, type it in and click Submit below. Note: if you owe in excess of $5.00, some services may be restricted.

3. Confirm the amount you would like to pay and click Pay From Credit Card. Online transactions are subject to a 4% convenience fee. Confirm the total and click Next.

4. Enter your payment information and click Submit. Upon successful payment, click Next

5. Print or take a screenshot of the confirmation page—this is your receipt!

All transactions are final. If you have questions, please contact your local branch

NOTE: If you have fines that are preventing you from borrowing materials, paying your fines online will immediately reduce your account balance and your borrowing privileges will be restored. If fines are preventing access to digital resources, you can pay online but you’ll need to wait until 6:30am on the following day before you can freely use e-resources again.
