Not sleeping? Too much stress in your life?

Join Susan Johnston, R.N. and Nurse Educator for Vancouver Coastal Health, for an engaging 2-hour workshop on sleep and stress. Learn about insomnia, sleep hygiene and sleep aids as well as how to manage stress and build resilience. The workshop will cover strategies for improving your sleep and managing your stress.
