Dr. Jennifer Campbell, Psychologist, as well as Registered Clinical Counsellors and students from the North Shore CBT Centre team, will guide these 1-hour workshops on common mental health issues. Lean about the signs and symptoms that may indicate a need for treatment or support. These workshops will help in answering the following questions: What is “normal” anxiety? When is “low mood” too low? How does grief impact wellness?
