About Karen:
Born in Guyana to immigrant parents, Karen was raised in a West Indian environment; a culture of harsh truths, no-nonsense parenting, and brutish competition at all levels - from the playground to the classroom. After 20 years working for several international communication agencies, Karen founded her own agency which she then sold, before becoming a certified CoActive Coach and now works with clients around the world to maximize their personal & business potential.
