2021 Red Cedar Book Award nominee Tanya Lloyd Kyi will present on her book, Mya’s Strategy to Save the World.
Tanya is the author of more than twenty-five books for children and young adults, both fiction and non-fiction. In Mya’s Strategy to Save the World, Mya, who aspires to be a U.N. representative, launches a campaign to prove herself reliable and deserving of a phone.
Join us as Tanya shares how her real life experiences inform her writing!
The presentation is suited to children in grades 4-7.
Individuals may register online. Classes from North Vancouver District Elementary Schools are also invited to attend.
