Calling all Junior Chefs! If you are between 8 to 10 years old, grab a cookbook, an apron and join other aspiring chefs on Zoom.
It’s your birthday!! Bake and decorate a cake and we will help you blow out the candles. Choose a cake recipe from a library cookbook in the kid’s collection or from your home library cookbook collection. All seasoned and beginner chefs are welcome. Put the icing on the cake and register for a Zoom link, which you will received a couple of days before we meet.
Make sure you save a slice or two to show off or email a photo to allanj@nvdpl.ca and we will share our baked morsels for everyone to see during our Zoom birthday party.
We’re hosting this virtual program on Zoom. What you’ll need to attend: A computer with microphone (or headphones) and webcam, or your smartphone/tablet.
